The Rhodes Mansion

Balustrading

Seattle, Washington

Before and After Photos

Additional Photos

The Rhodes Mansion, completed in 1915, was designed by local architect Augustus Warren Gould for Albert and Harriet Rhodes, owners of Seattle's Rhodes Department store.
ACI designed and engineered the stainless steel framing and attachment system, in addition to sourcing and delivering all necessary components. We produced and faux finished over 2,000 GFRC parts to replace the original glazed terra cotta, and coordinated delivery of the parts to the jobsite, as well.
